A Great List Of Healthy Food

Here is a list of healthy food, which most people can  found all over  the world.
 Which is  the best food?  Well, here  is my list :

1.   Eggs, with the yellow BV for 100% of protein, rich in vitamins and contain fatty key intelligent, who are mostly unsaturated fat lowering fats in the blood bad LDLThe body also needs cholesterol, which is used for the production of testosterone and helps to produce vitamin D. The eggs contain most of the minerals that the human body needs to health. 2.   Figues, organically grown by fig have tons of vitamins, carbohydrates and high quality of fiber. My father grows figs in the garden and I have the possibility to eat organic, what is important, as you know. Figs give the right kind of energy balance, and you can eat a little 'without feeling sick.! This is a natural colon too!

3.   Tomatoes grown organically from the garden have a ton of vitamins and nutrients and super-high fiber. My father pushes and those who are also organic.. Tomatoes and I were friends from when I was 3 year Tomatoes are an excellent source of vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin K. They are also a good source of molybdenum, potassium, manganese, dietary fibre, chromium, and vitamin B1. In addition, tomatoes are a good source of vitamin B6, folic acid, copper, niacin, vitamin B2, magnesium, iron, pantothenic acid, phosphorus, vitamin E proteins.. Tomatoes are the mother of all vegetables.. They are rich in antioxidants like lycopene are my favorite topping rice cakes.

4.   Broccoli, organically grown from the garden have a ton of vitamins, nutrients and high fiber.. Another plant is the basis of my diet weights from four to 12 weeks. I prefer my steaming broccoli and eat in the morning.

5.   Berries, berries which local blueberries, raspberries, more, tons of vitamins and nutrients superpower.

6.   Lenses have tons of great good taste and nutrients.

7.   Pineapple is what I added to my eggs and oatmeal.

8.   Yogurt is the bombing of good bacteria

9.   Spinach, tastes better with a healthy natural dressing, or, better still, when the steam.

10.  Sushi Japanese, I have always loved and Nigiri Sushi and Maki always ate my food, once or twice during the week. I visited this place called Sushi on the islands in 1000 Carling Ave. Everything is prepared fresh as you and that is also a buffet seating. I recommend it. Sushi contains vegetables, rice and fish, so that they are rich in vitamins and minerals, antioxidants, low fat and low sodium.

11.  Grapes, an excellent water-based fruit. The grapes are excellent sources of manganese and good sources of vitamin B6, thiamin (vitamin B1), potassium and vitamin C.
